GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING AND SALE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document regulates the conditions governing the purchase or acquisition of services (tickets, VIP table reservations, and catering services) on the Website.

2. THE USER

By making a purchase, the User declares to be over 18 years of age (or the minimum age specified for the specific event) and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The User assumes responsibility for providing truthful contact details for the receipt of their booking references or QR codes.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS AND PROVISION OF SERVICE

Services are acquired through the platforms integrated into the Website (FourVenues for tickets and guest lists; CoverManager for catering and tables).

Confirmation

After the purchase, the User will receive a confirmation email with a QR code or booking reference.

Delivery

There is no physical shipping. The delivery of the service is considered completed at the moment the system generates the digital access code. It is the User’s responsibility to show said code at the door of the establishment.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The displayed prices are final, in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Accepted payment methods are credit or debit cards through secure payment gateways with SSL protocol.

5. RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND RULES OF CONDUCT

The acquisition of a ticket or reservation does not guarantee access if the establishment’s rules are not met:

• Age: It is mandatory to present the original ID (DNI) or Passport. Photos or photocopies will not be accepted.

• Clothing: The venue reserves the right to deny access to persons who do not comply with the event’s dress code.

• User condition: Access will be denied to persons with symptoms of intoxication or violent behavior.

Denial of access due to non-compliance with these rules will not entitle the User to a refund of the amount paid.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

In accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to contracts referring to services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period of execution. Therefore:

• No changes or refunds are allowed once the ticket or reservation has been acquired, except in the case of total cancellation of the event by the organizer.

• In case of event cancellation, the User will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, excluding management fees if any, in accordance with current regulations.

7. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

KARTIKEYA RAMBLAS S.L is not responsible for tickets purchased at unofficial points of sale or resale platforms. Likewise, it is not responsible for the loss or theft of the QR code once it has been sent to the User.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless the law provides otherwise in the case of consumers.
