From the flow of Yoga, the elegance of Barre, or the intensity of Pilates, each session connects you to the present through mindful movement, breath, and music.

Each experience ends with a chill-out brunch at Bastian, where wellbeing blends with pleasure, relaxation, and the essence of Mediterranean lifestyle.

VINYASA YOGA + BRUNCH

We’ll start with a first Yoga Movement Based session an active and mindful practice that will conclude with a well-deserved chill-out moment and brunch at Bastian, right by the sea and surrounded by the best vibes.

We’ll then continue with a second session of Power Yoga to reconnect with your inner strength and activate your whole body through dynamic and powerful asanas. Flow between breath and movement, cultivating energy, balance, and vitality while building strength, endurance, and focus.

with GAIA & NOUR

A morning to reconnect body and mind through mindful movement and balanced nutrition.
With Serena Bernasconi (Gaia Pilates) and Cheryl Bodin (Nour Wellness), you’ll experience a journey that combines Pilates, breathwork, and practical wellness guidance to boost your morning energy. Serena will lead a creative and adaptable practice focused on deep strength, control, and body awareness, while Cheryl will share insights on anti-inflammatory nutrition and healthy living.
