How long is my reservation held?

Reservations are held for a maximum of 30 minutes. After this time, the table will be released, and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

How long can I stay at my table?

Your reservation guarantees the table for a maximum of 2 hours.

Can I access the beach club with a restaurant reservation?

Not directly. You must check with the team at the time of your visit, and it will be subject to availability and conditions.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of €20 per guest (10% VAT included).

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes. You can do so by emailing reservas@bastianbeach.com or calling +34 647 612 739.

Are minors allowed in the restaurant?

Yes, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

¿Se permite la entrada con animales?

No. Only certified guide dogs are allowed in accordance with current regulations.

What happens if it rains and I booked an outdoor table?

You can reschedule your reservation within the same year, subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team.

Is there a dress code?

Can I use my camera to record or take pictures?

Only with prior authorization from our marketing team, requested at least one week in advance.

What is included in the beach bed price?

The bed fee corresponds to a minimum spend, which must be used on the same day on drinks, food (up to 50%), or shisha

Can I use my beach club minimum spend at the restaurant?

No. The restaurant and beach club are separate areas, and consumption is not transferable.

Can I store an unfinished bottle for another day?

Yes, for up to 15 days. To consume it again, you must pay a new minimum spend.

Can I change my beach club reservation?

Yes, if requested at least 24 hours in advance. If the new date has a higher rate, you must pay the difference. Changes are subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive late for my beach bed reservation?

Beach beds are held until 3:00 PM. After that, the reservation may be canceled without refund.

Can I be moved to a different area even if I reserved a specific one?

Yes, for organizational or capacity reasons. The team will try to maintain your conditions as much as possible.

Are minors allowed in the beach club?

Yes, but only during the day, and they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What if it rains and I had a beach bed reservation?

You may reschedule your reservation within the same year, subject to availability. Contact our reservations team.

Do I get a refund if I'm denied entry for breaking the rules?

No. Prepayment does not guarantee access. If you don’t comply with the rules (e.g., intoxication or disorderly conduct), no refund will be issued.

Can I take photos or videos at the beach club?

Only with prior authorization requested at least one week in advance from our marketing team
