Restaurant

How long will you hold my reservation?
We’ll hold your table for 30 minutes after the agreed time. If you haven’t arrived by then, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. We recommend letting us know if you're running late so we can assist you.
How long can I stay once seated?
Your reservation includes a 2-hour stay, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the Bastian Beach experience at ease. If you'd like to stay longer, just check with our team—we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I access the beach club with a restaurant reservation?
Access to the beach club is not included with your restaurant booking. However, our team will be happy to inform you on the spot, as access depends on the day’s availability and conditions.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel later or don't attend, a fee of €20 per person (VAT included) will apply.
Can I modify my reservation?

Are minors allowed at the restaurant?
Yes, little ones are more than welcome—as long as they’re accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the visit.
Can I bring pets?
To ensure everyone’s comfort, only certified guide dogs are allowed. We appreciate your understanding.
What happens if I reserved an outdoor table and it rains?
In case of rain, you’ll be able to reschedule your visit for another date within the same year, subject to availability. Just reach out to us and we’ll find the best alternative together.
What is the dress code?
At Bastian Beach, we kindly ask that guests follow a sophisticated dress code in keeping with the venue’s atmosphere. For full details, visit https://bastianbeach.com/en/faqs-en/ . If not respected, we may be unable to guarantee access.
Can I take photos or record during my visit?
For professional photography or video shoots, prior authorization from our marketing team is required, with at least one week’s notice. We’ll be happy to review your request!

What does the bed fee include?
The fee covers a minimum spend that can be used the same day on drinks, shisha, and food (up to 50%). We want you to enjoy the Bastian Beach experience your way!
Can I use my minimum spend in the restaurant?
The restaurant and beach club are separate spaces, so the minimum spend applies exclusively to the beach club. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I save an unfinished bottle?
Yes, we can store it for you for up to 15 days. If you return to consume it, a new minimum spend will apply according to our usual policy.
Can I modify my beach club reservation?
Absolutely! You can request changes with at least 24 hours' notice. If the new date has a different rate, the difference will be charged accordingly.
What if I arrive late to my beach club reservation?
We hold your bed until 3:00 PM. After that, if you haven’t arrived, it may be released without refund. If you're running late, we encourage you to contact us in advance.
Can my assigned zone be changed even if I booked a specific one?
Occasionally, due to organizational or capacity reasons, we may need to make adjustments. Our team will always do their best to honor your preferences.

What happens if it rains and I had a bed reserved?
If the weather isn’t on our side, you’ll be able to reschedule your booking for another date within the same year, subject to availability. Our team will be happy to assist with the new arrangements.
Are refunds given if entry is denied for not following the rules?
Advance payment does not guarantee entry. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, guests who fail to follow the rules (e.g., showing up intoxicated or causing disruption) will be denied entry without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I take photos or videos in the beach club?
