Restaurant terms and conditions

RESTAURANT

• A reservation at the restaurant grants you access to both the indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as the Oasis area. If you wish to access the beach club after your restaurant visit, please speak to our team at the time — access will be subject to availability and current conditions.
• Reservations are held for 30 minutes. After this period, your table will be released, and the reservation will be canceled in line with our cancellation policy.
  Each reservation guarantees your table for a maximum of 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy

• When you made your reservation, you provided a credit or debit card as a guarantee. There is no cancellation fee if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, we reserve the right to charge 20€ per guest (including 10% VAT) to the card used to secure the booking.
• If you don’t show up for your reservation and/or fail to notify us of your cancellation, we also reserve the right to charge 20€ per guest (including 10% VAT) to the card provided.

ACCESS POLICY

• Please note that a reservation or advance payment does not guarantee entry. Bastian Beach reserves the right to cancel a reservation or deny entry if a guest does not comply with the club’s rules. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests from the premises. Anyone who appears intoxicated, possesses illegal substances, or disturbs the peace may be refused access, no refunds will be given.
• Guests under 18 are welcome at the restaurant but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue. The only exception is for properly identified guide dogs, in accordance with current regulations.
• Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
• The introduction of alcohol, drugs, weapons, or any dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed. If you’d like to film inside, please contact our marketing team at least one week in advance.
• By entering the venue, you acknowledge and accept that you may be photographed or recorded, and you consent to the use of these images or videos for commercial, promotional, or communication purposes, without the right to any compensation or copyright claim.
• At Bastian Beach Barcelona, we are committed to providing an exclusive and sophisticated experience in all areas. To help maintain this ambiance, we kindly ask all guests to follow our dress code. FORCE MAJEURE

• In the event of bad weather (such as rain or storms), guests with outdoor restaurant reservations will have the option to reschedule their booking to another date within the same year, subject to availability. To do so, please contact our reservations team.
• In situations of force majeure (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, government orders, pandemics, quarantines, or national/regional emergencies), guests will be offered the chance to reschedule their reservation for a different date, depending on availability and the current rates for the new date.
