POOL AREA

The Pool Area is a relaxation zone equipped with beds, located in front of the pool with sea views. It is a lounge-type space designed for relaxation in an exclusive and peaceful environment. An exclusive menu is available, with the option to consume food and drinks directly in the beds. No music is played in this area, prioritizing a calm atmosphere to ensure an experience focused on well-being and relaxation.

Minimum spend

• The total amount for the bed corresponds to the minimum spend established and must be used in full on the day of the reservation. Accumulation of balance or refunds for unused amounts will not be allowed.
• In the Pool Bed, Frontline Bed, The Deck, Balinese, XL Bed, and Cabana areas, the minimum spend includes a bottle of alcohol.
• If the online prepayment does not cover the full minimum spend, the difference must be paid upon arrival at the establishment.
• The minimum spend for the Pool Area is not valid at the restaurant, as both areas operate independently. If you wish to access the restaurant, please consult our team to check availability. The restaurant expense will be additional to the Pool Area’s minimum spend.
• In the event that a bottle is not fully consumed, the customer may request storage for a maximum of 15 days. To consume it during a future visit, the customer will need to pay for space again (a new minimum spend).

Cancellation Policy

• Bastian Beach offers the option to reschedule the reservation with 24 hours’ notice. Once the prepayment is made, you can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the original date. If the new selected date has a higher rate, the customer will be required to pay the difference. All changes are subject to availability.
• Bastian Beach reserves the right to modify cancellation or modification conditions at any time during the season if circumstances require it.
• Pool Area reservations will be held until 3:00 PM. After this time, reservations may be canceled without a refund. We recommend arriving early to avoid any inconvenience.
• Bastian Beach reserves the right to reassign the customer to a different area than originally selected for organizational or capacity reasons, attempting to maintain the agreed-upon conditions as much as possible.

ACCESS POLICY

• Advance payment does not guarantee access to the establishment. Bastian Beach may cancel a reservation or early entry if the customer does not comply with the club’s rules. In this case, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right of admission and to remove individuals from the premises. Access may be denied to anyone intoxicated, carrying illegal substances, or disturbing the peace. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
• Minors under 18 may access the Pool Area during the day and the restaurant, but must always be accompanied by a responsible adult who will supervise them at all times.
• Animals are not allowed on the premises. Exceptions will only be made for properly identified guide dogs, in accordance with current regulations.
• Bringing food or drinks from outside is not permitted.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, drugs, weapons, or dangerous objects into the premises.
• Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed. If you wish to record inside, you must contact our marketing team at least one week in advance.
• At Bastian Beach Barcelona, we strive to offer an exclusive and sophisticated experience in all of our areas. To maintain an environment consistent with our identity, we ask our customers to adhere to the dress code. FORCE MAJEURE

• In case of adverse weather conditions (rain or storms), customers with bed reservations may modify their reservation date within the same year, subject to availability. To make the change, customers should contact our reservations team via email at reservas@bastianbeach.com or call +34 647 61 27 39.
• In situations of force majeure (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, armed conflicts, government orders, pandemics, quarantines, or national or regional emergencies), the customer will be offered the possibility of modifying their reservation to another date, subject to availability and prevailing rates for the new selected date.
