Pool Area terms and conditions

POOL AREA

The Pool Area is a relaxation zone equipped with beds, located in front of the pool with sea views. It is a lounge-style space designed for relaxation in an exclusive and peaceful environment. An exclusive menu is available, with the option to consume food and drinks directly at the beds. No music is played in this area, prioritizing a calm atmosphere focused on well-being and relaxation.

Minimum spend

1. The total reservation amount corresponds to the mandatory minimum spend required for this space and must be fully consumed on the day of the reservation. Accumulation of balance or refunds for unused amounts will not be allowed.

2. From this amount, €200 will be mandatorily allocated to a bottle of champagne/alcohol selected from the menu. The remaining balance may be used for food, drinks, and shisha.

3. If the online prepayment does not cover the full minimum spend, the difference must be paid upon arrival at the establishment.

4. The minimum spend for the Pool Area is not valid at the restaurant, as both areas operate independently. If you wish to access the restaurant, please consult our team to check availability. Restaurant expenses will be additional to the Pool Area minimum spend.

5. In the event that a bottle is not fully consumed, the customer may request storage for a maximum of 15 days. To consume it during a future visit, the customer will need to pay for the space again (a new minimum spend).

Cancellation Policy

1. Bastian Beach offers the option to reschedule the reservation with 24 hours’ notice. Once the prepayment is made, reservations may be modified up to 24 hours before the original booking date. If the newly selected date has a higher rate, the customer must pay the difference. All changes are subject to availability.

2. Bastian Beach reserves the right to modify cancellation or amendment conditions at any time during the season if circumstances require it.

3. Pool Area reservations will be held until 3:00 PM. After this time, reservations may be cancelled without refund. We recommend arriving early to avoid inconvenience.

4. Bastian Beach reserves the right to relocate customers to a different area from the one originally selected due to operational or capacity reasons, while attempting to maintain the agreed conditions as closely as possible.

Access Policy

1. Advance payment does not guarantee access to the establishment. Bastian Beach may cancel a reservation or deny entry if the customer does not comply with the club’s rules. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded.

2. We reserve the right of admission and permanence on the premises. Entry may be denied to anyone who is intoxicated, carrying illegal substances, or disrupting public order. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

3. Access to the Pool Area is restricted to individuals over 14 years old. Minors aged 14 to 17 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult supervising them at all times.

4. Animals are not allowed on the premises. Exceptions will only be made for properly identified guide dogs, in accordance with current regulations.

5. Bringing outside food or beverages into the establishment is not permitted.

6. It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, drugs, weapons, or dangerous objects into the venue.

7. Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed. If you wish to film inside the venue, you must contact our marketing team at least one week in advance.

8. At Bastian Beach Barcelona, we strive to provide an exclusive and sophisticated experience across all our areas. To maintain an atmosphere aligned with our identity, guests are required to comply with the dress code. Failure to do so may result in reservation cancellation and refund of the amount paid. Force Majeure

1. In the event of adverse weather conditions (rain or storms), customers with bed reservations may reschedule their booking within the same year, subject to availability. To make changes, customers must contact our reservations team via reservas@bastianbeach.com or by phone at +34 647 61 27 39.

2. In situations of force majeure (including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, armed conflicts, government orders, pandemics, quarantines, or national/regional emergencies), customers will be offered the possibility to reschedule their reservation to another available date, subject to availability and the rates applicable on the newly selected date.
