POOL AREA
The Pool Area is a relaxation space equipped with sunbeds, located in front of the pool with sea views. It is designed as an exclusive lounge area focused on comfort, tranquility and relaxation.
Guests may enjoy a dedicated menu with food and beverage service directly at their sunbeds.
No music is played in this area to maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
Minimum Spend
The total reservation amount corresponds to the mandatory minimum spend required for this area and must be fully consumed on the day of the reservation.
Unused credit cannot be accumulated, transferred or refunded.
Of this amount, €200 will be mandatorily allocated to one 0.75L bottle of champagne, wine or spirits, or to any 1.5L pitcher, selected from the menu.
This allocation applies exclusively to one 0.75L bottle or one 1.5L pitcher and may not be exchanged for products of a higher category, larger volume, or different format than those specified.
If a selected product exceeds €200 within the permitted formats, the difference will be deducted from the remaining available spending credit.
The remaining minimum spend may be freely used for food, beverages and shisha.
If the online prepayment does not cover the total minimum spend, the outstanding balance must be paid upon arrival.
The Pool Area minimum spend is not valid in the restaurant, as both areas operate independently.
Guests wishing to access the restaurant may consult our team to check availability.
Any restaurant spending will be charged separately from the Pool Area minimum spend.
If a bottle or pitcher is not fully consumed, guests may request storage for a maximum period of 15 days.
To consume it during a future visit, a new minimum spend corresponding to the reserved space will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Bastian Beach offers the possibility of rescheduling reservations up to 24 hours before the original reservation date.
If the newly selected date has a higher rate, guests must pay the difference.
All changes remain subject to availability.
Bastian Beach reserves the right to modify cancellation and amendment policies at any point during the season if circumstances require.
The latest arrival time for reservations in the Pool Area is 3:00 PM.
After this time, reservations may be cancelled without refund.
Bastian Beach reserves the right to relocate guests to another area due to operational or capacity reasons while attempting to maintain equivalent conditions whenever possible.
Access Policy
Advance payment does not guarantee entry to the venue.
Bastian Beach may cancel reservations or prepaid access if guests fail to comply with club rules.
No refund will be issued in these cases.
We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
Entry may be denied to intoxicated guests, anyone carrying illegal substances or anyone disrupting public order .
Access to the Pool Area is restricted to guests aged 14 and over .
Minors aged 14–17 must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Animals are not allowed.
Exceptions apply only to officially identified guide dogs in accordance with applicable regulations.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
The introduction of alcohol, drugs, weapons or dangerous objects is strictly prohibited.
Professional photography and video equipment are not permitted without authorization.
Guests wishing to film must contact the marketing team at least one week in advance.
To preserve the exclusive atmosphere of Bastian Beach Barcelona, guests are required to comply with the dress code.
Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation and refund of the amount paid.

Force Majeure
In the event of adverse weather conditions (rain or storms), guests with sunbed reservations may reschedule their booking within the same calendar year , subject to availability.

In cases of force majeure (including natural disasters, terrorism, armed conflict, government orders, pandemics, quarantines or national/regional emergencies), guests will be offered the possibility of rescheduling their reservation subject to availability and applicable rates.
Final Provision
All reservations remain subject to these Terms & Conditions and any updates implemented by Bastian Beach throughout the season.
